The Personal Data we collect from you is required for NeuralActions to provide you with our products and services, and to provide you with license keys to our products. NeuralActions may offer publicly accessible pages, blogs, and community forums. You should be aware that, when you disclose information about yourself on these pages, blogs, and community forums, you do it at your own risk. Required permissions

Your use of our products does not give us access to any Personal Data stored in your Google account such as name, email address, physical address, or credit card details.

When you run our product for the first time, you will see a consent screen with the permissions it requires to work.

This permission allows the add-ins to save the settings you select. The settings are stored in your Office Account storage.

In order for our add-ons to provide their services, it needs access to read from your files and write back to them. The records are processed within G Suite services, we do not collect or store any data from your files.

View and manage data associated with the application

This permission allows the add-ons to save the settings you select. The settings are stored in your current Google Sheet.

Connect to external services and resources

This permission is required to connect to our NeuralActions product to generate data from the content of the Google Sheet.

Special categories of information

NeuralActions does not ask you to provide, and we do not knowingly collect, any special categories of Personal Data from you, such as Personal Data that reveals your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious, philosophical beliefs, or trade unions membership, or the processing of data concerning your health or data concerning your sex life or sexual orientation or history of criminal convictions.

Automated decision making

NeuralActions does not use your Personal Data with any automated decision making processes.

How we use your information

We use information that we collect only for to connect to our NeuralActions product to generate data from the content of the Google Sheet.

With whom we share your Personal Data

We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your Personal Data for purposes other than those outlined in this Privacy Policy. We do not  disclose aggregated information about our users.

The only service provider integrated with our products is Google Analytics, which is used to collect anonymous statistics about our plugins.

Data security

To secure your personal data, our products and services are designed with security and privacy in mind. We encrypt your data in transfer; external web resources are protected by SSL encryption.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.

Whether we have given you or you have chosen a password for access to certain parts of our Product, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Website like blogs.
